Below you will find always up-to-date information about the functioning of Fidoo in relation to the current crisis in Ukraine.
Access to Mastercard airport lounges at various airports was restricted last week due to a technical outage Mastercard is still working hard to fix.
At Prague and Vienna airports, lounges can already be used upon presentation of a Fidoo card.
Access to Mastercard airport lounges at various airports should be available to every holder of our Fidoo card. Unfortunately, this functionality is not fully active at the moment, which means that clients cannot access the airport lounges yet.
We are in close contact with Mastercard, which is working intensively on this situation.

Limitations of coverage under Direct Travel Insurance
As the Ministry of Foreign Affairs explicitly warns against travelling to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, the travel insurance you have taken out through the Fidoo app does not cover damage incurred in these countries. This exclusion is set out in the General Insurance Conditions governing your policy. Before travelling, we recommend that you check the current status on the Ministry’s website and if there is a warning for the country, you should not travel.
