Creating an export of expenses
- Section Accounting agenda – Export of expenses.
- Select Set up filter (right), enter the necessary data and confirm by clicking Filter expenses.
- Click Export (bottom right), fill in the name and select Create Export.
Note
Only expenses in the status Billed can be exported. When the export is created, the selected expenses are locked for further export, avoiding duplication when transferred to the accounting system.
Withdrawal of export expenditure
- Section Accounting agenda – Export of expenses.
- Click on the export you want to download and type Download data.
Deleting the export of expenses
- Section Accounting agenda – Export of expenses.
- Click on the export you want to delete, type Delete and confirm with the Delete button.
Note
After deleting the export, the expenses are unlocked again, thus returning them to the status Billed and can be exported again.
FAQs on exporting expenses
- In My/Corporate Finance → Expenses.
- Click the Export Expenses arrow button and select With receipts.
- A zip file containing the receipts in the format in which they were added to the application is downloaded to your computer.
Keep in mind that the filter settings will affect what data (and receipts) will be downloaded.
