Creating a project
- Section Settings – Projects.
Manual settings - Click on Add Project (top middle) .
- Fill in the necessary fields and select Save Project.
Import project list - Click on – Import projects.
- Download and fill in the prepared sample file.
- Click Insert File, find the file on your computer and select Import.
Note
The project code must be unique. If the codes are the same, the line will be overwritten by the last project name with the same code (the previous ones will not be imported). You can use the same code when you want to change the project status from active to inactive and vice versa.
Project approval settings
- Section Settings – Projects – click on the project you want to set up.
- Select the Approvers tab (right side of the screen).
- Check Individual Settings and select Single or Dual Approval.
- Select the approver, the approval limit and Save settings.
Note
If you do not have project-level approval set up, you will not be able to set up an approver. If any expenditure is missing a project, you will not be able to switch to project approval.
Modification of the project
- Section
Settings – Projects
- Click and select
deactivate/edit project

Note
You can bulk edit the status of projects (active/inactive) by changing the "state" column in the import file and then importing again.
Deleting a project
- Section
Settings – Projects.
- Click and select
Delete project
. - Confirm with the button
